What a weekend for Ace Academy.

We may come from a small town, but this weekend proved once again that heart, discipline and hard work will always outperform excuses.

Our team of kids, juveniles, juniors and adults stepped onto the mats with one goal—to represent our academy with pride. Every single competitor showed courage, composure and determination.

The results speak for themselves:

🏆 6 Queensland State Champions (weight divisions and absolute)

The numbers don’t lie.

What an incredible day at our Parents & Kids BJJ Day! 🥋💙

Seeing our parents jump on the mats alongside their children was something truly special. The smiles, laughter, teamwork, and encouragement throughout the day reminded us that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is about so much more than learning techniques—it’s about building confidence, resilience, respect, and creating lifelong memories together.

Watching our kids and juniors continue to grow, not only in their skills but also in their character, is what makes everything we do worthwhile. We are so proud of every single student who stepped onto the mats and gave it their all.
