Family and police are desperate to find 30-year-old Toowoomba woman Jana Armstrong.
Jana was last seen at a Newtown unit on Tuesday afternoon and her car was found early today.
Her four-month-old baby is safe.
Jana's disappearance is out of character.
A large police and SES search and forensic investigation are underway.
Jana is Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall, has an average build, blue eyes and brown hair.
She was wearing a green and white striped Country Road shirt, jeans and thongs.
Police are urging Jana, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, to come forward.

🍃 12months to the day since I completed the Oncology Massage course. A course that was well worth doing.

I have met some absolutely amazing women along the way , some that are thriving after, some that have been left with what they call “chemo or treatment gifts” and some that have been given so long to live & are still here enjoying what’s important to them.
Seeing what they have to deal with is certainly an eye opener. Their strength, courage & outlook is inspirational, they say they have no choice but to keep moving forward however, amazing nonetheless.

I say this many many times . offers free services to anyone that has had or is going through cancer treatment.
They have oncology massage, physiotherapy & exercise physiologist that I’m aware of. Oh & I think counselling. Please look them up.
I say I’m here as a back up if you need but you should utilise their free services 🍃

So many of us are at our limit , exhausted, stressed, alot on our plate, dealing with not so nice people …

So this morning when I popped in the car to head to work I decided I was going to smile all the way to work. Just smile 😃. I ended up laughing so much at how ridiculous I must of looked which made me laugh even harder!

Just a reminder to smile even if you feel you have no reason to. You mean alot to more people than you know 🫵🏻
