Warrina Services was founded by parents and Toowoomba community members in 1986 who arranged social activities for people with a disability. We provide support coordination, in-home and community access supports. As a client-directed service our model of care provides individualised responses to peoples’ needs that enable them to have fulfilling lives. As a specialist support organisation we tailo

r services to meet individual requirements. Staff are matched to client preferences; with experience and skills to deliver the supports to assist clients attaining their goals. This may be related to choice and independence, education and training, attending social activities, increasing living skills, contributing to the community or gaining employment. We encourage clients to assume increasing responsibility levels and to explore different opportunities and experiences. To facilitate greater client choice and control we have engaged a professional and dedicated workforce that have a clear understanding of their role and a willingness to provide supports as required/requested.

As we wrap up 2025, we’ve been reflecting on all the moments (big and small) that shaped this year.
From new participants joining our community, to celebrating milestones together, to seeing confidence grow in ways that make our hearts full… we’re grateful for every step.

2026 will mark 40 incredible years for us! Thank you to everyone who’s been part of our journey, here’s to another year of learning, growing, and supporting each other. 💙
