Reflexology is a brilliant tool to use in times of intense pressure or uncertainty.
Even learning a few techniques yourself (or calling on a local reflexologist) can be useful for yourself and your loved ones to help ease and bring balance to your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Anxiety can affect both mind and body — showing up as restlessness, tension, or difficulty switching off.

A little update on my availability for mobile reflexology, as well as a reminder that my wellness room at the RAAFA village is open to the my current and future clients. I will be trialing two evening shifts fortnightly, hoping to provide a space for week day workers to be able to access so much needed respite.

Setting up in my new room at RAAFA Village in Albany. I am very excited to have this opportunity to offer Reflexology treatments to the lovely residents here and also be able to welcome outside visitors into this space. I will be here weekly on a Thursday.

Reflexology is a great opportunity to give your body a deeply relaxing and restorative touch. Relaxing the whole body allows the body to reset and regain harmony. This supports all other aspects of healing, health and well-being.

Appointments durations are 45 / 60 / 90 minutes, depending on your preference. Looking forward to sharing this space and time with you ✨
