Last night we welcomed our beautiful son into this world.
Mum is an absolute trooper and baby is cruising through.

Emotions are high, sleep is low but the hearts are filled.

⛰️ Hut 2 Hut Multi-Day Event ⛰️

Already a week since I started the first day of running out of 3, pretty crazy how fast it goes!

Here is a run down of how it went:

Day 1 - 23km: Race started, I was excited and slightly nervous. But the objective was to let the course get under my feet, no racing, no forcing. Just roll the legs and enjoy it.

Legs and body felt great until 18-20km - my legs started cramping up, I was running out of energy, and I was getting more and more worried about the next day.
Got home, pretty beat up, got some recovery and fluids in me and went to bed.

Day 2 - 52km: I didn’t sleep very well, I woke up beaten up and I couldn’t stomach my breakfast well.
Not a single fibre of my body wanted to run, my mind was telling me to go lie down and rest.
I was nervous and shaky in the morning, but I got my mate to do the 52k with me and pull the pin on him on that morning was not me.
So I said to myself to get to the start line, then I can pull out if I don’t feel it.
Got to the start line, then told myself to get at least 1km in.
Got 1km in - told myself I would get to the first aid station then I can pull out.

Before I knew my body was adjusting, the mind was easing and I started enjoying it.
10k-20k-30k-42k last aid station before the finish.
The body was hurting now, the feet were in pieces… but hey, 10k left, I did the “hardest”, so to the summit we go!
I dug deep until the summit, it was hot and painful.

Then, we rolled down the hill to the finish line, soaking in every steps that we made, holding tears of joy, pain and relief.
There she was, the finish line, with my family and friend.
The sweetest victory so far.

Day 3 - 10km: the nerves were gone, the body was beaten up and sore but the mind was happy.
This was all about enjoying it one more time, taking it as a victory lap.
But there was no leaving back and chill. I wanted to go out there and leave the tank fully empty.
Ended up finishing 37th in a field of 200.

This is one of my hardest and greatest sporting achievement, that I got to share with friends and my family 🩵

2016-2026

Get to know me a bit more:

2016 was such a massive year and a catalyst for 2017.

2016 was filled with stress, excitement, relief, sadness and everything in between.
I finally reached my dream of becoming an Osteopath which had been working on becoming for 5years prior.

2016 is the year I moved into our first apartment with my girlfriend (who is now my wife 😅)

Little didn’t I know what was coming after that.
So much fun to go down memory lane and have look back at what has been.

I think the next 2026 to 2036 is going to be pretty wild too!

See you in 10years!

✨ Client Highlight ✨

Time to shine the lights on this man:

Everybody, this Sam. (Hi Sam)

Sam came to me in January 2024, with severe shoulder pain and reduced range of movement due to a torn rotator cuff.

The first time we met during our initial appointment he said: “Can you just do something to get rid of the pain and give me a bit of movement back so I can surf?”

I said: ok, let’s do this.

Fast forward nearly 2years, not only is he back to surfing everyday, but when the pain and range of movement improved, we switched the goal to getting him ready to tackle some mountain peaks in France for his holiday this year.

Hard to describe the emotions when he sent me this picture (the first one), with his bike above his head…

This is what I work for, this why I go to work and try to push clients to re-define their limits.

Sam is now a long term client, that we keep on working together to stay fit, strong and healthy.
If you have been training around us, uoypu probably have heard a lot of swearing…

Thank you Sam for your trust and dedication to training and rehab 🙏🏻

Celebrating 12years of Love ❤️

The early days feels like another life time ago, but still, I can remember them like they were yesterday.
12years ago we started a journey I had no idea what was waiting for us, but I felt and knew then, that you were the one.

Thousands and thousands of memories, laughs, kisses, cries and smiles have been shared, with so many yet to come.
I am so proud of who you are and who we have become as a couple, as parents and as confidants.

You have been cheering for me from all the sidelines possible that I have dragged you to, in life and in sports, and you have never failed to be supportive, loving and encouraging.

I wouldn’t be the man I am now without you, I have learned so much from and with you, that it makes me so impatient to get to the next day to see what’s waiting for us around the corner.
So many dreams and life goals to keep ticking off the list.

If you know me well, I would have told you all about her, and how damn awesome she is

Cheers to Love 🥂🩵 1️⃣2️⃣ 🩵

Walls To The Balls

Last race of 2025, !
So much fun, short and sweet with every weather possible in 1h race 🫠

3 race in 3months with dad is pretty special, specially that he decided last minute to join in 🙏🏻
Just so fun to be able to share this together, getting fit at the same time and sharing memories 👌

Overall very happy with the race, especially that I haven’t done any short sharp stuff for a long while.

Thanks again , it was a blast!
See you next year? 🫣
