🦘Today’s lunch = Kangaroo & veg. I don’t eat a lot of read meat at all but when I do I want it to be high quality - like Kangaroo.
It’s naturally incredibly lean with less than 2% fat, provides over 20g of high quality protein per 100g, and contains around double the iron of beef - fab for supporting energy, muscle repair and overall health.
Because kangaroos are wild, free ranging animals, the meat is also free from added growth hormones and routine antibiotics.
And… it’s also one of Australia’s most environmentally friendly meats. Kangaroos produce far less methane than cattle and sheep, and their soft native feet are much gentler on our native landscapes, causing minimal damage to the land.
Nutritious for your body and kinder to the planet 💙💪💙
