💫Full protection - as part of my preparation for your session, the space is set with strong protection wards, I also will give you a cleanse using either Palo Santo or Sage before sitting down and again before you leave. I do this so you have a positive experience during your session.

💫Before your reading starts, I will explain the tools I use on the reading table, explain in more detail as to why PROTECTION is set, and we will discuss your intention and what you are wanting from the reading.

Releasing Allegiances ✨

It’s time to hold onto yourself and let go of another.

Even if it is only for a time.

You have gained what you were meant to gain from this connection, relationship or situation — at least for now. You have given, you have received, you have learned.

Letting go does not take away from the value of what was shared.

Something does not have to have been bad for you to have outgrown it.

Sometimes we simply reach the end of a cycle.

You have spent enough time within a certain way of thinking, living or relating to others, and you are now being asked to step beyond it.

Old habits. Old relationships. Old expectations. Old versions of yourself.

Things that once fit beautifully may suddenly feel restrictive, and that’s okay.

You are not required to remain somewhere simply because it once felt like home.

Take the wisdom with you and leave behind what no longer belongs.

New connections, new relationships and new experiences become possible when we stop trying to squeeze ourselves back into spaces we have already outgrown.

But first…

You.

Trust that you can spend some time in solitude without it becoming loneliness.

Perhaps your energy has been directed outward for so long — towards people, responsibilities, lists, schedules and everyone else’s needs — that you’ve forgotten to check in with yourself.

Or perhaps you’ve been so deep in your own transformation that you’ve lost your bearings a little.

Either way, come back to yourself.

This is a time for self-love. For nurturing yourself. For listening to yourself and spending some genuine quality time with the person you are becoming.

It doesn’t mean you cannot love another.

It simply means that, for a moment, you need some of your own attention too.

You will emerge from this space clearer, refreshed and with a much better understanding of where you’re going — and who is meant to continue walking beside you.

This card is also confirmation that the work you’ve been doing on yourself is working.

Your self-love is growing. Your boundaries are changing. Your ability to love consciously and healthily is changing with it.

Some relationships will grow alongside you. They will mature, deepen and become even stronger.

Others won’t.

And you won’t need someone else to tell you which is which.

You’ll feel it.

There may also be a situation arising where you need to back yourself.

Don’t allow someone else’s emotional reaction to make you abandon what you know to be right for you.

Stand your ground.

Something can make perfect sense logically. It can look wonderful from the outside. Everyone around you can think it’s a brilliant idea.

But if something inside you is saying no, listen.

Maybe it isn’t right yet.

Maybe it will become right later.

Or maybe you’ll walk away, look back and think, thank f**k I listened to myself. 😂

Either way — back yourself.

Sometimes we simply outgrow the systems, relationships and versions of ourselves that once surrounded us.

That isn’t failure.

That’s growth.

You’re doing well. You’re growing. You’re moving in the right direction.

Don’t shrink yourself now just to remain loyal to something you’ve already outgrown.
