Thank you for allowing me to share in your therapeutic journeys in my practice. I have decided to take some time away from my face to face practice and will have very limited availability until 1st of July 2027. I will be starting to create content for you to look back on if you need, and there is always my online course if you want to keep strengthening the therapy work we have done together. The link is in my bio. If there is anything you want me to create a post about let me know. I will also be adding to my online courses to help people to help themselves at home during my break.
