# # Casual Male Support Worker – Outdoor Maintenance

We are looking for a **reliable and hardworking male Support Worker** to assist an **independent, middle-aged male who uses a wheelchair**.

The role will primarily involve **outdoor cleaning and maintenance tasks**, including:

* Lawn mowing and general lawn care
* Gardening and garden maintenance
* Weeding, pruning and tidying outdoor areas
* General outdoor cleaning
* Other basic outdoor maintenance tasks as required

# # # Hours

**Fridays: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm**

Flexible casual hours may also be available.

# # # About You

The successful applicant will be:

* Reliable and punctual
* Hardworking and comfortable working outdoors
* Experienced with lawn care and gardening
* Able to work independently
* Physically capable of completing outdoor maintenance tasks
* Respectful, friendly and easygoing
* Comfortable working alongside an independent wheelchair user

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work and would like to provide practical support in a friendly environment.

⭐️ Our Director Kristy leads our team and holds a Diploma of Community Service, Assistant in Nursing and Business related Studies. Kristy also shares over 25 years experience with support others with their mental health and their physical health challenges, aged care, disability leadership and homelessness case management experience ⭐️
