Have you ever reached the end of the day and realised you've spent every minute looking after everyone except yourself?

It happens to so many women.

Work. Family. Friends. Life.

Somewhere along the way we forget to make space to simply breathe.

That was one of the reasons I first discovered Reiki—not because I was looking for something mysterious, but because I was looking for something that helped me slow down, reconnect and create a little more calm in everyday life.

On 11–12 July I'll be welcoming a small group of women into my next Healing Hearts Reiki Level One Training here in Townsville.

No experience is needed. Just curiosity.

Who is this for?
Anybody who is interested in pursuing this amazing therapy or if you are interested in taking the first steps as a practitioner.

We have a comprehensive manual which covers everything from what is Reiki, the history and lots of practical practice. We have also covered energy healing across the cultures. And you get a few little gifts from us as well as some practical handouts.

Level 1 Reiki Course.

Next level 1 course is the the 11th & 12th July.

Reiki healing is for everyone and this practical course will help you understand what Reiki is and learn how to perform Reiki on yourself and your friends.

For many of you when you see this page, you may see a new business with not much info and with only a small number of reviews.

So I would like to give you some history so you can see we have been in business and doing this for a while.

Over the past 14 years, I have had my fitness business (Just Move It H&F - if you want to jump on over and read some of the massage reviews there)

I have found it difficult to articulate the difference but the commonality of the massage and care side of the business to the fitness side of the business.

I believe I have finally achieved some clarity around this so Healing Hearts is now sitting out on it's own - however, it is still no seperate to the overarching businesses - it is a space in its own right, but it is supportive of our other work.

Most people expect the warm stones.
