Hello! I'd like to introduce myself again: I’m Alina Filipe, pelvic floor physiotherapist with extensive experience in pelvic health, including complex cases, pessary fitting, and mentoring physiotherapists. I’ve also developed and taught courses to strengthen clinicians’ confidence and clinical reasoning.
