It's that time of year again, even in Far North Queensland where many people are suffering with flu like symptoms. Although it does feel as though these colds and flus have been hanging around more than usual. We didn't get that Summer break from them as I am sure we all look forward to. So please stay as healthy as you can during the cooler season.

I am currently taking new bookings for both face to face appointments on magnetic Island or online.

To help identify your health concerns I use a variety of assessments such as physical examination of the body, iridology, tongue analysis, fingernail analysis, urinalysis and I may refer you for blood work and hair testing if required.

Your treatment plan may include; lifestyle and dietary advice, mineral and herbal medicine, nutrient supplementation, flower essences and also body work treatment including;

· Massage (relaxation and hot stone)
· Lymphatic body flow massage and detoxification program
· Normatec Pulse Compression
· Body composition weigh-in and measure

Join me for a morning preparing your own Elderberry Cold and Flu syrup. You will learn to cook this and also take home your own 200ml bottle for your family to use. Elderberries have been shown to reduce the severity and duration of a cold and flu and can also help to avoid getting one. They are jam packed full of antioxidants, Vitamin A, B and C. Happy Monday everyone.

We have been lucky enough to house sit in Nelly Bay (yes it has a pool thank goodness). So a break away from the caravan which we are all loving.

So this is where I am working today with my online clients. Super grateful for this beautiful island.

I love receiving messages from clients who are currently receiving treatment from me. I received this one today and wanted to share.

This person has had an initial consult, commenced supplements, a couple of lifestyle changes and also had just one online NER session.
