WHAT IS THERE TO EAT IN NEPAL? - many clients ask me this question, and the answer is...plenty of beautiful, fresh and nourishing food 🥕🍅🌾🌱

One of the things I love about Nepal is the food is fresh, organic and made from scratch.

There are no quick freezer meals on the menu! Just real ingredients.

I tasted the most delicious cucumber I've ever eaten from Gandruk. The Himalayan rain, nutrient dense soil and the hands of a gardner / cook grew this divine tasting cucumber 🥒

I'm back from my trip to Nepal so hope to see you soon.

PHILANTHROPY - GREENHOUSE PROJECT FOR NUNS IN NEPAL. To all my beautiful clients waiting for me to return from Nepal. I send blessings from this beautiful part of the world 🌱

The Greenhouse Project for Nuns in Nepal Project is in its second year of planting and finally I have been able to make the journey to Upper Mustang to visit the Nunnery and the completed project.

Everyday the nuns include fresh vegetables from their garden.

They grow cucumbers,pumpkins, tomatoes (which are like gold in this region), carrots and green leafy veg 🥒🍅🥕🌱

My family and local sangha members from Tharlam Ling Buddhist Centre arranged gifts for these nuns which were offered to them in their shrine hall.

Cannot wait to see you all when I return 🙏
