Meet the Team | TANYA ARCHER | Care Coordinator

Tanya’s life has taken her across Queensland, beginning with 15 years in Mount Isa before moving to Charters Towers, where she completed Years 11 and 12 at Mount Carmel College. After meeting her first husband, she welcomed three boys and later moved to Townsville, where life took a new turn — she met her second husband, added two more children to her family, and spent 15 years building a warm and busy life there. As her children grew older, Tanya followed her passion for supporting others by completing her Cert III in Aged Care and working in the sector for several years. She eventually returned to Charters Towers, bringing with her a wealth of experience, resilience and a down to earth nature.

Tanya joined the Right at Home team as a Care Coordinator for Charters Towers in June this year, supporting our clients across the region. Since her arrival, we’ve also opened a local office to meet the growing demand for quality community care and strengthen support for both clients and staff.

One day, Tanya hopes to take to the skies and experience the magic of hot air ballooning.
