So it is with these changing times that I am choosing to step back from weekend work and focus my energy towards other avenues in my life. 🌅🫶🏻☀️

I am so deeply honoured to bring this new offering to life, weaving together two of my greatest loves: Yoga and Massage. 🐍✨

For over 12 years, my journey through alternative healing has been guided by devotion, presence, and the desire to create safe, sacred spaces for profound transformation. Returning to my roots as a yoga teacher and massage therapist, and fusing these modalities into a dedicated Ta**ra Yoga series, feels like a true homecoming.

This series is designed to take you beyond the physical. By blending the intentional flow of breath and movement with the healing power of conscious touch, we create a portal to drop out of the mind and fully inhabit the body. It is an invitation to soften, to feel deeply, and to remember your innate essence.

The Journey | 2hr Massage

For those seeking to move beyond the physical and into the space of no words.

The Journey is a two-hour immersion that bridges the gap between bodywork and soul-work. Alongside my signature devotional massage we incorporate elements of sacred sound, guided breath, or heart-opening offerings to facilitate a deeper release and have the time and space to completely immerse yourself in a one if a kind massage experience .

When we allow more time for self care practices like these, it opens up space for the mind and body to completely let go and drop into the moment.

I personally LOVE these longer sessions, as it allows me to flow deep into that “flow state” with you and immerse you into an experience that we both grow and benefit from.
