ongside other natural modalities. We primarily use the local, beautiful Plant Essentials aromatherapy products. We offer Asian inspired aromatherapy spa treatments, combining traditional Eastern energy healing with fusion to Western medicine. Treatments include Holistic Reflexology, Metamorphic Technique, Reiki and combination wellness treatments and full body massage. I am the creator of and facilitate hands on workshops at the Going Barefoot, Sole Detox, Reflexology Retreats. Barefoot Reflexology's Mission is to support individual empowerment and conscious self care by bring together natural and orthodox treatments with the use of Holistic Reflexology, energy healing, mindfulness, body awareness and massage for optimum health benefits. My vision is that everyone benefit from the alignment of natural and orthodox treatments. Why not have the best of both worlds?
