A picture paints a thousand words this one really is of relaxation something that is available in my massage room. Who doesn't love a place to just relax let go and be, even for a short time..

Life gets so busy for many that we forget about the love of self and that it is not a selfish thing to do but really a necessity to keep us going and most of all to enjoy life.
If one is stressed all the time the body cannot relax and unwind, this is one way to help with that.

Castle hill walks the views are beautiful on any given day. I told
myself yesturday i was going to walk the hill when this morning came around it was a bit of a battle in my head to do what i had said to myself, it might be to hot, was one excuse i was thinking about using but i went anyway. When we don’t do the things we say we are going to do we let ourselves down we can change how we do things that is quite ok. Just another lesson in life💕

Every morning walk has a different feel and a different look. Just like the sky’s and the river are completely different everyday. A new canvas you could say and a gift we are privileged to have. Not everyone gets this privilege and i believe that in itself is a lesson to be grateful when we do. As i write this i have kookaburras in the back ground im sure agreeing with me lol. Enjoy your day be kind ( to self and others) and be grateful for what has been what we have and what’s to come ❤️

Morning start with the of watering the garden and then the end of the day finished with a walk by the river. A couple of Kookaburras laughed me along the way as the sun was setting behind the trees, and on the other side the moon was out in full view great way to finish my day. Nature at its absolute best 👌👌👌💕

Happy mother’s day to all the mums out there and the dads whom play both rolls as well. Another weekend done and dusted with a mix of gardening, A High Tea run by Zonta a great fundraiser event, a walk along the strand this morning then a mother’s day and birthday celebration 🎉. Finally i have recieved the books i have been waiting for written by my awesome friend and mentor . Soul goal Mapping a gentle guide to finding Inner Clarity and much more. Have read little bits of this book and so looking forward to sitting down with a cuppa and reading it. If this is something your looking forward i so recommend checking it out. Thanks Katie

My morning swim i was greeted with a pheasant then a gorgeous green frog that was having a great time in the pool. I took my phone to the pool this morning to see what i might see after one morning this week while swimming in the rain i had the sun shinning in some blue sky as well as grey sky rain and a rainbow 🌈 was quite a treat to see. It truely is a treat each morning just to be in the water great way to start the day 🌹🌹
