🌸✨ A little Spring Equinox colour magic… ✨🌈

Our September Secret Garden Circle was such a beautiful celebration of colour, connection and new beginnings. 🌷💕

A huge thank you to all the gorgeous women who joined us and embraced our colourful exploration of the chakras. 🌈✨

We enjoyed a nourishing yoga sequence, a gorgeous colourful chakra meditation and then discovered the characteristics of the colours we’re naturally drawn towards, and explored how they can offer insight, help us move through blocks and inspire us to take action. 💫

It was insightful, interesting and SO informative … although we think we could have happily spent the entire weekend exploring colour! 😂🌈

And there’s more colour magic to come! ✨ Our fabulous colour lady, Tricia Sharkey , will be offering the incredible Drop Into Life Colour Therapy training at some point next year, so you can dive even deeper into this beautiful system. 🌈🌟🎉

Jess and I feel incredibly grateful that we get to create these little pockets of magic and share them with such beautiful women. 💕🌿

Our Circle continues to grow, evolve and bloom — and we absolutely love sharing the journey (and lunch, AND a hot bevvie thanks to Miss P the kombie) with you. 🌸

🌿✨ Choose What to Water ✨🌿

What a beautiful, nourishing and empowering Secret Garden Circle we shared today. 🩷🌸

From a gorgeous vinyasa yoga sequence with Jess, through to our deep dive into the ocean of our inner thoughts, today was such a beautiful reminder that a thought is just a thought — and a thought can be changed. 🙌🩷✨

Exploring the teachings and methodologies of Louise Hay, we were reminded that we don't have to entertain every thought that enters our minds. We only give a thought meaning when we choose to.

🌱 We can choose what thoughts we want to water.

When we consciously choose to nurture positive, compassionate and loving thoughts about ourselves, we are practising one of the most beautiful forms of self-love — remembering that we are worthy of speaking to ourselves with the same kindness and tenderness we so freely offer others. 💗

So, as we move into the weeks ahead, perhaps we can pause and ask ourselves:

🌿 What thoughts am I watering?
🌸 What am I choosing to nurture?
✨ And what would happen if I watered more of the thoughts that helped me bloom?

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us today, and to all of our beautiful supporters. Your presence, contributions, energy and gorgeous hearts make these circles what they are, and Jess and I truly appreciate every one of you. 🥰🌷

And remember, our Secret Garden Circle dates are now set right through to December! 🎉

Our next gathering will be for the Spring Equinox — Sunday 20 September at 10am. 🌸🌿✨

💛 A beautiful gift of kindness is looking for someone.

Maybe that someone is you.

One of our lovely guests who was booked to join us at Secret Garden Circle this Sunday is unfortunately unable to come.

Rather than let her place go unused, she has very generously asked us to gift her ticket to someone who might really need a morning like this! 💛

It’s no small thing — this ticket is valued at $55 and includes a beautiful morning of connection, gentle movement, intentional reflection, a shared meal and time under the trees.

And truthfully, we couldn’t choose. So we’re putting it out to the universe. ✨

If you’d like to nominate yourself or someone else, simply pop their name (or yours!) in the comments below. And please don't be shy about putting your own name forward.

The only little catch is that whoever receives the ticket needs to be available to join us:

We’ll pop all the names into a draw and choose someone Friday afternoon at 5pm, giving them plenty of time to make plans for Sunday.

A truly beautiful gesture from someone who can’t be with us this time — hopefully landing with exactly the person who needs it. 💛
