You are sunshine in human form... with just the right amount of sparkle, sass, wisdom and heart. 🌞✨ The world is a much brighter (and far more entertaining! 😆) place because you're in it.

Whether you're guiding yoga, holding sacred space in Circle, being everyone's biggest cheerleader, offering a listening ear, or somehow juggling the million colourful hats you wear for your family, friends and career... you do it all with such love, authenticity and grace. You're simply magic. 💛

We hope today is filled with belly laughs, giant hugs, delicious cake, a little spoiling (okay... a LOT of spoiling! 😉), and all the love you so freely give to everyone else returned to you tenfold.

We absolutely loved loving on you and sharing our healing oriented program, created with deep care, authentic intention, and the powerful energy of the Solstice.
Witnessing you embrace the practices, connections, reflections, hugs, and moments of stillness made the day incredibly special for us 🤗✨️

Thank you for bringing your beautiful energy, open hearts, and willingness to journey alongside us.

We are so grateful to be supporting this wonderful community with our unique collaboration. It feels surreal to think we launched our first Secret Garden Circle in December 2025!

We're a little bit proud of what we've created for this Sunday's Winter Solstice Circle (if we don't mind saying so ourselves! 😆✨)

Join us for a beautiful afternoon of nourishment, connection, and intention as we honour the Winter Solstice together. 🌿🩷

Your experience will include:
🧘‍♀️ Gentle, nourishing Vinyasa Yoga
🔔 A soothing Sound Healing journey during Shavasana
🌳 A guided Winter Solstice visualisation to help you surrender, reflect, and set intentions
🥗 A shared lunch amongst the gardens (bring a plate to share)
🛁 A fun and beautiful make-your-own natural body scrub activity

🌿❄️ Winter Solstice Circle – You Are Warmly Invited ❄️🌿

As the wheel of the year turns and we arrive at the Winter Solstice, we are called inward… into stillness, restoration, and quiet renewal.

Join us for a nourishing Winter Solstice Circle on Sunday 21 June, from 11.00am – 2.30pm ✨

Together we will soften into a beautiful morning of connection and care, beginning with gentle Vinyasa yoga to awaken and open the body. From there, we will sink into a deeply restful shavasana, held in healing sound, allowing space for deep rest, release, and integration.

We will then gather for special Winter Solstice practices and reflective activities, honouring this sacred turning point of the year.

This is a space to pause, to restore your nervous system, to reconnect with yourself, and to be held in community during this quiet seasonal shift.

🌷 Date: Sunday 21 June
🌷 Time: 11.00am – 2.30pm
🌷 Includes: Gentle yoga, sound healing shavasana, Winter Solstice rituals
