We are very proud to be supporting Rise Gippsland Support Services & Bettermentall Australia Inc. with the first Trafalgar Community Disco!

Our upcoming Trafalgar Community Disco is all about bringing our local community together for a fun, inclusive night — and it simply wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of local businesses getting behind us. 🪩💃🕺

Jeans for Genes day helps raise awareness and funds for the Children’s Medical Research Institute to help find treatments and cures for genetic disorders such as cystic fibrosis, cancer and many other conditions.

💡 Did you know that you can book longer appointments at Ashby Street Medical Centre?

Our standard appointment time is 10 minutes however a longer appointment can be booked if required. ⏰

If you have multiple issues to discuss, a complex problem, require a second opinion, surgical procedure or a medical for insurance purposes, please let the reception staff know and a longer appointment can be made for you. Long consults can also be booked on HotDoc by selecting the “long consult” option.

You can help us by:
🔸 Alerting the receptionist when making your appointment if you require a longer appointment.
🔸 Let us know if your appointment is for a routine prescription, injection or review.
🔸 If you are running late and can’t make your appointment, please call and let us know with as much notice as possible.

We appreciate your time is valuable and if the doctors are running behind our friendly reception staff will do their best to advise you. 💬ℹ️
