💉 BOOK YOUR VACCINATIONS — Flu season or routine jabs, pick a time that suits you in the app. (Or ring us — that always works too.)

⏰ REMINDERS — When a medicine is running low, and when it's time to see the doctor for a new script.

ℹ️ MEDICINE INFORMATION — Plain-English information about each of your medicines, right where you need it.

And three quick answers to questions we've heard this week:

❓ "My list is empty?" — You just need your personal code from us. Pop in or ring — two minutes, and your medicines appear.

❓ "Does it ever cost anything?" — No. Never. You only pay for your medicines when you collect them, same as always.

❓ "New phone, or lost your phone?" — Ring us. Your medicine record is safe with us, and we'll get the app going again on the new phone.

1️⃣2️⃣ This one is for the sons, daughters, grandkids and carers of Trangie. 💚

If Mum or Dad isn't comfortable with phones, you can look after their medicines from YOUR phone — even from Dubbo, Sydney, or the other side of the world. Here's how:

1. Get the MedAdvisor app on YOUR phone and connect it to Trangie Pharmacy (Posts 4 and 5 on this page show you how, step by step).

2. Ask us to add your family member to your app. We'll do it with you — it needs their okay and their own code from us, because their medicines are private. That's exactly how it should be.

3. That's it. From then on you can order their medicines, see when they're running low, and get their reminders on your phone.

They just walk in — or you collect for them — and everything is ready and waiting.

We can set the whole thing up in one visit. Bring them in and we'll sort you both out together.

"Is my order ready?" "Do you have it in stock?" "Can I check something about my medicine?" — whatever it is, type it in the app and it comes straight to us at the counter.

1. Open MedAdvisor and tap the message option.

2. Type your question, just like a text message.

3. A real person from Trangie Pharmacy reads it and replies — no robots, no call centres. It's us.

We reply during opening hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 9am–12pm. If it's urgent, please ring us on (02) 6888 7285 — and in an emergency, always call 000.

And of course, nothing beats a yarn at the counter. The app is just one more way to reach us. 💚

1️⃣0️⃣ Remember Post 6 — order from home, collect with no wait? Today we take it one step further: no stopping to pay, either. 💳

When your order is ready, the app lets you pay right there on your phone — before you've even left the house.

1. Order your medicines (and anything from the shop) in the app.

2. When we confirm it's ready, tap to pay in the app.

3. Walk in, pick it up, walk out. That's the whole visit. ✅

Now — in Post 3 we promised you only ever pay when you collect, same as always. That hasn't changed, and it never will. Paying in the app is simply an extra choice for the days you're in a hurry. The counter isn't going anywhere — and neither is the chat that comes with it. ☕

Payments go through MedAdvisor's secure payment system — the pharmacy never sees or keeps your card details.

2. Add what you need to your order, same as ordering a medicine.
