Kia Ora, I’m Kathy, a Reiki Master of Maori heritage, offering a calm, safe and non judgemental space for healing in Traralgon. My practice honours the connection between the mind, body and wairua (spirit), creating a space where you can slow down, reconnect and restore balance. Each session is unique, offering you time to release what no longer serves you, find stillness and reconnect with your inner self.

Many people seek Reiki to help reduce stress, ease tension, encourage emotional wellbeing and create a greater sense of peace and clarity. With school going back on the 20th, I will then have after school appointments available from 4:00pm.
