My biggest strength is identifying deep areas of soft tissue restriction — those firm, stubborn regions where normal tissue glide and movement feel compromised.

Tightness and tenderness can come from many different factors. But when the presentation involves deep connective tissue restriction, reduced glide, and a feeling of being “stuck,” this is where my work is most effective.

Many clients come in describing these areas as simply “tight,” “knotted,” or restricted, often assuming they are just muscle knots. They may be experiencing limited range of motion, ongoing discomfort, and a sense that the area just won’t “release,” even after trying different treatments or approaches.

The areas I commonly see this pattern are the glutes, lumbar region, hips, legs, and other high-load areas of the body.

My approach is different — using ultra-slow, deep holding and controlled stripping techniques to work with the tissue patiently. Rather than forcing change, I allow time for the nervous system and tissues to adapt, helping restore a better sense of movement, comfort, and function.

This is where I often see my biggest “wow” results — when stubborn restrictions finally start to let go and the body begins moving the way it should again.

That said, not every client presents with this level of deep restrictions or condition. Some people come in with more general tightness, stress-related tension, or sensitivity without clear structural “stuck” areas. In those cases, the experience and outcomes are more subtle and progressive rather than dramatic, with different techniques used.

Further education & development

Health and fitness has been a constant throughout my entire life. It’s not just something I do for work—it’s how I choose to live. Through football, distance running, strength training, injury, recovery, and everything in between, I’ve experienced firsthand the value and power that exercise can have on both physical and mental wellbeing.

That journey has made my next step very clear.

I’m excited to be starting a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at university.

My passion for health, fitness, and helping people live stronger, healthier lives continues to grow. This is an opportunity to build on that passion with a deeper understanding of exercise science and continue developing my skills.

I’m looking forward to the challenge and excited for what the future holds.

Not everyone needs highly targeted treatment—and that’s perfectly okay.

While many people come to see me for persistent aches, injuries, or movement problems, I also offer sports massage and general remedial massage tailored to your needs.

Whether you’re:
• Recovering after training or sport
• Feeling tight and stiff from work or everyday life
• Looking to ease muscle tension
• Wanting a more focused treatment for a specific problem

I’ll tailor the session to suit your goals.

If you’re unsure what type of treatment is right for you, just ask. I’m always happy to discuss the best approach for your situation.

I can help guide your body in the right direction, but I can’t live your lifestyle for you.

Hands-on treatment is an important part of your health journey, but it is only one part of the bigger picture.

My role is to help create the right environment for your body to move, function, and recover better. The work we do together in the treatment room is supported by what you do outside of it.

Whether it’s improving movement, nutrition, strength training, exercise, or helping an athlete better manage their training load, the goal is to build a healthier and more functional body for life.

I see myself as the bridge — providing treatment, guidance, and education to help you move from where your body is today towards a healthier and more functional state.

Healthy tissue. Healthy function. Better quality of life.

UPDATED THERAPY ROOM!

Bringing basic, machine assisted strengthening to my therapy room to assist clients with locking in gains made from my treatment.
Manual therapy and massage is only one cog in clients journey towards optimal health
There are so many more cogs such as nutrition, strengthening, exercise, good lifestyle choices etc.
I’m trying to bridge the gap as much as I can, to give clients best support for their health journeys.
In the end it comes down to the individual to help themselves and apply lifelong consistency.

Below is a list of tissue dysfunction and symptoms I treat.

I have the ability to scan and feel all of the below dysfunction and symptoms using my thumbs and fingers

This is why I get lasting results

* Myofascial Trigger Points – Sensitive, tight spots within a muscle that can cause pain, stiffness, or pain that spreads to other areas.

* Muscle Knots – Localised tight, hard areas within muscle that feel sore or “stuck” and can contribute to pain and restriction.

* Global Muscle Guarding – Widespread muscle tension where the body stays in a protective, tight state for long periods.

* Localized Tissue Guarding – A protective area of muscle and connective tissue that has become chronically tight, dense, and restricted, often containing multiple tender spots.

* Fascial (Connective Tissue) Densification – Areas where the body’s connective tissue becomes thickened, stiff, or less mobile, restricting movement and comfort.

* Possible Adhesions – Areas of connective tissue that may have become stuck or restricted, limiting normal tissue movement.

* Nerve-Related Pain and Symptoms – Pain, tingling, burning, numbness, or sensitivity that may be linked to irritated or compressed nerves.

* Tendon Junction Release – Gentle sustained pressure applied at the muscle–tendon junction to help ease tension and improve movement.

* Deep Connective Tissue Release – Very slow, sustained stripping and holding along deeper fascial layers and intermuscular septa that connect muscle to bone, aimed at reducing deep restriction and improving tissue glide.
