Participant preference: The participant has expressed a preference for a Caucasian support worker. This preference will be considered as part of the participant matching process alongside each applicant's overall suitability for the role.

We are currently seeking a Caucasian male Support Worker to support a participant in Wollert.

Due to the participant’s personal preferences and behavioural support needs, a specific worker profile is required to ensure rapport, safety, and emotional regulation.
Shifts available starting next week.

TFN only – no contractors or independent support workers.

✅ Role Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred support
• Assist with daily living activities
• Support community access and appointments
• Follow individual Support Plans and Behaviour Support Plans
• Maintain clear documentation and progress notes

✅ Basic Requirements
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours (preferred)
