Providing safe, comfortable and reliable transport for participants is something I truly value. Whether it’s community access, appointments, social outings or everyday support, I aim to make participants feel comfortable, supported and confident while out in the community.

There is room available for mobility aids including walkers and wheelchairs where needed. 🚘

Whether it’s getting out for fun activities, building confidence in the community, working on social skills, increasing independence, or simply enjoying new experiences, I love helping participants feel supported while still having fun 😊

From walks, cafes and shopping trips to movies, bowling, arcades and community outings, supports can be tailored to individual interests, goals and comfort levels.

Currently available across the Central Coast, Newcastle and occasional Sydney supports 🚗✨

🌿 Availability for Social Support & Community Access

I currently have ongoing availability on Thursdays from 9:00am – 5:00pm, starting from 21st May.

This can be weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.

Support can include:
• Community access & outings
• Appointments & transport
• Shopping & errands
• Social support & building confidence

I enjoy supporting participants with activities like walks, light fitness, community outings and staying active, always tailored to each person’s comfort level and goals.

I support NDIS (self-managed & plan-managed) and aged care / private clients.

At Nura Community Care & Support Services, I provide calm, reliable and person-centred support focused on independence and wellbeing.

I support participants to attend events, activities and outings that are important to them, including family-friendly experiences like this.

Whether it’s sports, shows or community events, support can be tailored to help participants feel comfortable, included and confident while enjoying the experience.

Support can include:

• Building confidence in the community

I am currently taking on clients for social support and community access across the Central Coast & Lake Macquarie, and am happy to travel for events from Newcastle to Sydney. 💛
