This afternoon, Central coast compassionate care loved visiting Diverse Pathways and seeing their wonderful furry friends! 🐾

Diverse Pathways is home to a team of allied health therapists providing a range of therapies for children and young adults. Their animal space is open for all participants to enjoy, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement, connection, and supporting health and wellbeing in a welcoming, person-centred environment.

We love seeing services helping participants build confidence, develop skills, and work towards their individual goals through compassionate, holistic support. 💙

For Lisa, being a support worker is much more than a career—it’s a genuine passion. She finds great joy in seeing participants grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and celebrate their achievements, no matter how big or small. Jade has completed her Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and is committed to continuing her studies to further develop her knowledge and skills within the disability sector. He enjoys helping individuals explore their interests, gain confidence, and participate in everyday activities that promote independence, connection, and personal growth.

Known for his patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills, Ben believes that understanding each participant’s unique interests and strengths is the key to building genuine relationships and delivering personalised support. His background in technology, coaching, and freestyle movement activities allows him to bring creativity, adaptability, and a fresh perspective to the people he supports.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys exploring new technology, learning new skills, editing videos, and staying active.
