🌟 A Week of Growth, Confidence & Achievement 🌟 This week has been filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and build independence through meaningful community participation and everyday experiences.

From enjoying an evening basketball session and staying active, to developing responsibility by caring for garden plants, every activity has helped strengthen confidence and practical life skills. Time spent in the pool has supported fitness, coordination, and wellbeing, while creative sensory play encouraged focus, imagination, and self-expression.

Stepping into the boxing gym provided a chance to build resilience, discipline, and self-confidence while having fun and learning new skills in a supportive environment.

Every experience contributes to personal growth, community inclusion, and greater independence. By exploring new activities, developing healthy routines, and building confidence in different settings, participants continue to achieve their goals while enjoying all that their community has to offer.

Ozability Support Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Administration Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to begin or grow their career in administration within the disability and community services sector.

As a Junior Administration Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office through administrative support, rostering assistance, compliance recordkeeping and communication with staff, participants and stakeholders. You will work in a welcoming environment where learning, teamwork and professional growth are encouraged.

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and eager to learn, with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work respectfully and professionally in a busy office setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems will help you succeed in this rewarding role.
