Come one, come all to Club Kalina’s Creative Connections Art Show! 🎨✨

We’re opening our doors for a joyful celebration of creativity, community and collaboration. Our Community Home Australia Club Kalina members and the talented Year 5 & 6 students from Bonython Primary School - ACT have been working together to create stunning artworks through our Creative Connections program — and now it’s time to share them.

🌟 Alongside the exhibition, we’ll be holding a silent auction where you’ll have the chance to take home one of these beautiful artworks — whether it’s a piece created by the imaginative Bonython Primary School students or a heartfelt creation from one of our Club Kalina members. Every artwork carries a story, a connection, and a moment shared across generations. All funds raised go directly back into supporting our programs.

Another amazing Intergenerational program at Club Kalina

An art show with a difference is on display this Friday featuring the work of 8 Bonython Primary School - ACT students who have been working with Community Home Australia’s Club Kalina members to produce stunning artworks.

Each Friday the year 5 and 6 students have been visiting Club Kalina as part of an intergenerational Opening Minds through Art (OMA) program called Creative Collections. Each week they have completed a different piece of art with their art partner.

It has been a morning each student and participant has looked forward to.

‘My favourite part is working with the people from Club Kalina to create art and friendships,’ Year 6 student Bella said.

You can see the art show this Friday 3 July between 10:30am and midday at 2/167 Soward Way, Greenway. A silent auction will be held to purchase the artwork with proceeds going back into the program.
