The final part of the treatment focuses on lymphatic drainage, scalp massage and grounding techniques. Improving circulation and elimination is the key to great skin and a flowing complexion. If your having trouble with hay fever at the moment (which is pretty much most of us), this combined with some acupressure work can really help.
