The fire in Wattle Wing has now been confirmed as an electrical fire caused by an exhaust fan in the utility room.

Our Activity Room has temporarily been transformed into a makeshift ward, and we are pleased to share that all of our residents are now home except for two residents — one is currently staying with family and one remains in hospital due to room availability.

We would again like to sincerely thank our incredible community for your kind words, support, and the high praise shown towards our staff and emergency services during this time. Your support has meant so much to everyone involved. ❤️

A very special thank you also goes to Kieran from NQIB Insurance Brokers — your guidance, support, and professionalism throughout this situation have been absolutely amazing.
