We finished our week off again delivering another Nationally Recognised Mental Health Training Course ( CHCCCS019 - Recognise and Respond to Crisis Situations ) and talking about the importance of Self Care.

On this cold and wet winter day, hitting the sauna for 30 minutes seemed like a good choice this afternoon.
