We only use the most current methods and highly specialised techniques to ensure that you are provided with the most efficient and effective treatment possible. There is ample parking near the clinic, but if you prefer to go green, the train station and bus stops are right at our doorstep. We provide expertised Physiotherapy treatment, therapeutic Massage sessions and supervised Pilates equipment sessions, Pilates mat & Barre classes.

A big shoutout to the amazing team at Longevity for the great work they do 🙌. This week we caught up and spent a morning discussing their clinical approach and their inspiring mission to get as many people exercising as they can! At Lively we really value the relationship between physio and exercise physiology for holistic and long term health outcomes and together as a team have shared some amazing clients. Exercise physiology complements physiotherapy right through from the acute phase of injuries to chronic pain. We look forward to many more catch ups and continued education from the team! 🙌
