DAY 5: The Power of Taking a Pause 🙏
Your body was designed to spend most of its time in a relaxed, balanced state. Research continues to show that even a short period of relaxation, mindfulness or meditation each day can help counter the effects of chronic stress.
Stress isn’t always something we can avoid. But we can become more aware of it and take small steps each day to support our health and well-being.
