Allergic conjunctivitis is an eye reaction caused by allergens like dust and pollen — the same triggers as hay fever.

Symptoms may include red, itchy eyes, watering, swelling and light sensitivity. Unlike regular conjunctivitis, it is not contagious.

Help ease symptoms by avoiding allergens, using eye drops and cool compresses.

Australia has one of the highest rates of skin cancer in the world, making regular skin checks an important part of looking after your health.

Dr Shehata is a dedicated and experienced GP who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals and families. Dr Shehata brings over 19 years of experience in medicine and a genuine passion for caring for his community and general Practice. He has been providing general practice serviced on the Central Coast since 2019 and on the peninsula since 2021.

Dr Shehata has a special interest in preventative health and chronic disease management, working closely with patients to achieve better long-term outcomes.

Dr Bichay is an experienced General Practitioner with extensive international training in women’s health, including Gynaecology and Obstetrics.

She completed her medical training in Egypt and has been living in Australia since 2019, where she has further advanced her expertise with a Professional Diploma, an Advanced Certificate in Women's Health, and a Graduate Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health.

She has been practicing on the Central Coast and the peninsula since 2023.
