When we talk about healing it’s not just a wound that dries up and goes away but it’s a series of moments from awareness of what we are healing ,to processing the pain,feeling everything,accepting what we have experienced ,from then we can take action,choosing steps of self care and understanding to finally be able to move forward and grow. It’s not always something that’s straightforward and simple but with the correct mindset,support and guidance you can build a solid foundation for your healing to stand on and grow into strength,empowerment, awareness and resilience. No matter your journey Solaris is here to support you every step .

Hello beautiful souls! 🩷🧡💛 After a little pause, I’m so excited to reconnect with you all. Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly creating, reflecting, and aligning, and now Solaris Holistic Health feels more vibrant and aligned with my heart than ever.

You may notice something new… our logo has had a little glow-up ✨ – a brighter, warmer energy that reflects not just where we are, but where we’re going.

And speaking of new paths… I’m thrilled to share that my Brand New healing tools will be launching soon! These creations are close to my heart, designed to guide, inspire, and empower anyone navigating life’s challenges – whether you’re seeking clarity, Guidance ,healing from heartbreak, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
