Can we take a moment to honour these wonderful blokes?

A huge thank you to Umina Beach Men’s Shed for so generously giving their time to support our Father’s Day lunches last week.

This awesome group of men did an amazing job manning the BBQ, serving up great food, plenty of dad jokes, and lots of hearty laughter.
We’re so grateful for your kindness, community spirit, and support!
We appreciate you!

Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads, grandfathers and father figures in our community 💙

That was the quote of the day and judging by the smiles, we think everyone agreed!

Residents and staff had an absolute blast hopping on the back of a motorbike, enjoying the buzz, the laughs, the big grins, and of course… the helmet hair!

A huge thank you to the Coalfields Chapter of the American Motorcycle Club! What a ride!

Playing with our friends, where age doesn’t matter. Our playgroup brings children, parents, and residents together in a warm and welcoming nursing home environment.

Through play, music, stories, and shared conversation, children and older people can connect, laugh, learn, and enjoy meaningful time together.

Thank you Playgroup NSW for assisting in this inter generational play.

Today, we celebrated Hawaiian Day across all our houses, bringing plenty of music, dancing, laughter, and friendship!

At Pam Palmer House, residents enjoyed Hawaiian songs played by our wonderful volunteer, Gary. Residents danced along, sang together, and enjoyed a lovely morning tea.

At Don Legget, residents had a wonderful time listening and singing along to Hawaiian tunes performed by our talented ukulele volunteers.

Meanwhile, Pozieres residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with friends and staff, making it a beautiful way to celebrate the day together.

It was a joyful Hawaiian Day filled with smiles, music, and wonderful memories!
