This month, our focus across the Top Health Doctors group is on raising awareness of mental health and the important role it plays in our overall wellbeing.

Mental health challenges are more common than many people realise. In Australia, around 1 in 5 adults experience a mental health condition each year, and almost half of Australians will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lives.

The good news is that support is available, and often your GP is the best place to start.

A fantastic evening at the first Top Health Doctors Group Educational Evening, bringing together GPs for an engaging and highly relevant discussion on ADHD diagnosis and management in General Practice.

It was wonderful to see doctors from across the THD Group enjoying the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn together in such a supportive and collegiate environment.
