It’s been a big three days at the National Su***de Prevention Conference 2026.

Across the conference, one thing was clear — lived experience is so important in our workforce and decision-making.

Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social and Emotional Wellbeing workforce is not separate from the communities we support - holding space for others starts with being supported ourselves.

A special mention to the Tiwi Islands mob, who so generously shared their culture and an incredible healing song that truly moved everyone.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to yarn, connect and learn more about our work. We’re grateful for the conversations and connections made.
