into this state of flow? Through one on one mentoring and group workshops. Conscious Living will teach you the tools that lower anxiety and overwhelm and debunk a negative beliefs that hold you back, bringing you back to a state of balance and to a place of clarity, inspiration and flow. Finding your flow state doesn’t have to be illusive or evasive. With this knowledge we can get into the zone faster and more often.

I have always been curious about the souls journey, life after death, why are we here etc. and so have revisited NDE's in the past 12mths alot. Listened, watched and read about people's experiences and so I really like Dr Weiss's simple explanation of the souls journey. When I came to realise and when I remember, we are all immortal (the soul never dies) then life becomes less serious. I have all the time I need to learn what I want to learn, to be who I truly want to be and to unravel all the limiting beliefs I have accumulated during many lifetimes and through many experiences. The pressures off, a more expanded awareness is experienced and life through these lenses becomes clearer. Meditation on being 'immortal' can have profound effects. If your beliefs are different to mine, that's cool. I'm just talking to the like minded people here and / or the curious ones. Blessings to you all 🩵🤍🩷

1. The time to nurture my soul today with meditation, a massage and a scrummy, salmon healthy dinner.
2. Making time to get to all those seeming endless little jobs I have been known to leave, ah feels like my mind is de-cluttering already.
