Farmer comes with a sore back. Becomes an Ironman ‼️
I am not making that up!
I get the joy of working with all sorts of people and all sorts of issues. I don’t just work with mental and emotional stress. Physical stress is a big part of what I do too. And I will let you in on a secret that often gets missed …. physical pain will almost always have a component of stress.
“Unlikely” I hear you say.
Alright. If your neck and shoulders are tight and sore ask yourself:
❓️How’s your head? Clear or foggy?
❓️How is your sleep? Waking up refreshed or sluggish and reaching for the caffeine to face the day?
❓️How is your decision making? Easy or going around in circles?
❓️How is your mood? Steady, or triggered and reactive?
❓️How do you manage your workload? Are you good at delegating or having to control pretty much everything because you are the only one who gets it done right?!
Most of us are running on this paradigm: physical wellbeing is separate from mental and emotional wellbeing, so we go to different people for each. If we go at all.
But if the physical issue has a stress component and nothing addresses that component, the physical never really resolves. It just keeps coming back.
I have seen it enough with my clients and I have seen it firsthand with myself – I thought I was going to have to live with sciatica for the rest of my life. I haven’t had it in over a decade BECAUSE of Kinesiology and Brain Integration! (this is a powerful combination because we need our brains to be sending clear and concise messages to our body).
Physical therapy will give you relief. So will magnesium and a massage. If you're happy doing that indefinitely, genuinely, keep going. But if you're noticing you need it more and more often, that's your body telling you something is still unresolved underneath.
If you want to actually shift it — and clear your headspace and get on with fulfilling some major dreams in the process - I can help.
Don’t take my word for it.
Have a read of my client’s testimonial below and you can make up your own mind. He was about 40 when he started to come to me. Last year he went to France to compete in the International Ironman Event.
He finished.
That’s his medal!

And if you want to come see me and my appointment times don't suit, let me know, particularly if you are travelling.
In the meantime, I am going to take this 52-year-old body for a nice long walk, pain free!

How were you living your life before you started seeing Liz?
I was farming in in a toxic way with lots of chemicals, felt exhausted and very sore back from long hours in a tractors and sprayer, not playing any sport and no hobbies to spend any time enjoying.
What had you tried before working with Liz?
Physio, chiropractor – nothing held for long.
How are you living your life now, after working with Liz?
The original physical goal was to be able to run again, I was struggling to walk as I was slowly getting into triathlon, my immediate response after the first session was all of a sudden I felt I could run some of the 2km at the end of a enticer length triathlon, I couldn’t believe it, then the goals shifted to longer runs 5km, then 10km and the first half marathon 21km, was the turning point where I started to believe I could do so much more. Each event then became the next goal and each time I was presented with new body parts that needed attention as I went on to longer events the next weakest point would present itself. The next big moment was the first half Ironman 1.9km swim/90km bike/21km run, at the end I felt like superman and couldn’t believe how much progress I had made in probably less than 2years. With confidence growing to take on unimaginable challenges and succeeding, I decided to take on the ultimate challenge of Full-length Ironman 3.8km swim/180 bike/42km run. Goals were presented to Liz, and she got to work on so many different aspects of my physical and mental health that I had to overcome. I feel like every session with Liz has been critical, every time I have a session it puts in place the next stepping stone which I need to cross to get to the next.
How would you describe your experience working with Liz?
Unbelievable, I’m living a life which I couldn’t even imagine a few years ago.
Thanks Lyndon 🙏🏻
