As soon as the temperature drops, we’re craving warm, hearty breakfasts 🍂
Ingredients:

1 cup oats
1 banana
3 tablespoons caramel popcorn plant protein
1/4 cup water
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
Method:
1. Mix oats, 2 tsps cinnamon, protein, water into a microwave safe bowl
2. Heat in microwave on 30 second intervals until warm
3. Slice banana into flat thirds
4. Place in mid heat pan and sprinkle over honey and cinnamon
5. When starting to brown flip bananas then remove from heat
6. Place banana on top of oats and enjoy

Easter crackles, but make them high protein 🐣🍫

Ingredients:
1 cup soy protein crisps
150g vegan chocolate, melted
3 tbsp Cacao Hazelnut Plant Protein
Speckled Easter eggs (optional)

Method:

Melt chocolate, stir through protein powder and soy crisps.

Divide into 6 silicone moulds, press a hole in the centre, then add 2 eggs to each.

Fridge for 2 hours to set.

Proof your Easter treats can bring the crunch and 9g protein to each serve.
