🤍 A little chai, beautiful conversation and lots of excitement for our final Cocreation of 2026!

I enjoyed a lovely catch-up with Khala today over a chai latte at one of my favourite spots, Chef N Fire ☕️

I walked away feeling so excited and inspired about what she has planned for our 20th November Cocreation Gathering! ✨

Khala has been one of our beautiful 2026 sponsors and I’m looking forward to getting behind her, celebrating the work she does and giving our community the opportunity to experience what she has to share.

I already know she’s going to bring something incredibly special to the room 🤗

Get ready to feel the feels, reflect and perhaps even experience a little transformation of your own! 🩷

And can you believe it? This will be our LAST Cocreation Gathering for 2026! 🥹

I’d love to see us finish the year with a room full of beautiful people, meaningful connections and that special Cocreation energy we’ve created together.

✨ Who do you know that needs to experience this? Tag them below and invite them along!

🎟️ Don’t forget to book your tickets ASAP and come celebrate our final gathering of the year with us!

Friday 20th November | 10am–12pm

I shared a quote the other day about how much I love seeing people happy and succeeding.

Then a beautiful friend sent me another quote about supporting others, even when we’re doing similar things.
And it got me thinking 🤍

I’m so grateful for the people in my world who genuinely want to see others doing well.

The ones who celebrate each other’s wins, share opportunities, encourage new ideas, show up for one another and aren’t afraid to support someone doing something similar.

Because someone else’s success doesn’t take away from yours.

We all have our own journeys, our own gifts and our own ways of doing things.

And how beautiful is it when we can recognise that and support each other along the way?

I’m lucky to have some really wonderful people around me who share these values and they’re the people I choose to focus my energy on.

Connection over competition.
Collaboration over comparison.
Celebrating each other rather than comparing ourselves to each other.

There’s room for all of us to grow, succeed and create something meaningful.

And that’s the kind of energy, connection and community I want to keep creating 🤍

I had a beautiful catch-up with Sally today and it got me thinking about how much I value the people who have been part of my journey.

Sally and I actually connected years ago when I was at a crossroads in my career. I was moving away from aged care, had no idea what I wanted to do next and somehow, after seeing a post in a community forum, I landed in Sally’s inbox!

We started chatting about what it might look like for me to start my own business as a Virtual Assistant.

Not long after working together, Sally helped me recognise that what I was actually doing for my clients went well beyond being a task-driven VA. She helped me see the value in my skills and experience and gave me the confidence to step into the title of Online Business Manager.

Over the years, I worked with Sally through both 1:1 and group coaching, but what I love most is that when the coaching finished, our connection didn’t.

We continued supporting each other, cheering each other on, engaging with each other’s businesses and watching each other grow.

Sally later became a sponsor of Cocreation, has shared her knowledge with our community on multiple occasions and has introduced some beautiful people who have become part of it too.

And today, here we were, catching up over a drink, talking about business, our families, watching our kids grow up and all the things that come with juggling business, family, commitments and trying to find a little time for ourselves along the way.

And I think that’s what I love most about genuine connections.

They don’t have to end when the coaching finishes, the business arrangement changes or life takes you in different directions.

They can grow and evolve right alongside you.

Nurturing my community and the connections I’ve made along the way is something that’s really important to me.

And I’m so grateful for people like Sally who have been part of so many different chapters🤍

Thanks for the catch-up, Sally! xx

💜 Let’s get behind one of our own! 🎨✨

I had the pleasure of sitting down with the beautiful Dorina to chat about her upcoming art exhibition!

Dorina is one of our founding members of Cocreation and if you know her, you’ll know she’s always showing up, encouraging and supporting others in our community 🩷

But this isn’t just about returning that support. It’s about celebrating someone who is following her passion, sharing her creativity and putting herself and her beautiful work out into the world! ✨

And that’s something worth celebrating!

I’ll be there to support Dorina and admire her beautiful work and I’d love to see some familiar faces there too! 💜🎨

🎨 Permission to Play… and what a beautiful reminder it was! 💚✨

Today I gave myself permission to stop, slow down and simply CREATE!

I attended a beautiful Permission to Play art therapy workshop and it was such a nurturing experience.

There was something so calming about getting lost in the colours, creativity and the process. Almost like a form of meditation, where you’re so present in what you’re doing that everything else just fades into the background.

It was a beautiful, intimate little group and so much thought, love and attention to detail had gone into creating the space and experience 💕

But what I found really interesting was what came through in my two pieces of art.

🎨 My first piece was quite intentional. I was mindful of the colours I chose, how they worked together and the vision I wanted to create.

🎨 My second piece was completely different!

I actually challenged myself to make it as messy as possible! 😂 No plan, no rules, just colours, marks and whatever felt right in the moment.

And as I was creating, this thought came to me…

Life is messy.

It’s colourful, unpredictable, sometimes chaotic and things don’t always go the way we imagined.

But when we step back, change our perspective and look at the bigger picture, we can begin to see just how beautiful the journey really is. 🌈

And that’s what my second piece represents to me anyway… haha!

I love how something as simple as playing with colour can bring through these little reflections.

It reminded me that we don’t always need to have a plan, get things right or create something perfect.

Sometimes we just need to give ourselves permission to play, explore, be curious and see what unfolds. 💚

When was the last time you did something creative, purely for the joy of it?
