At ๐จ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ the upper area destroyed by Tropical Cyclone Alfred has been completely reconstructed and a 1.1k single track has been rebuilt to International Mountain Bike Association standards. For beginners, the Green track is designed to build confidence and skills for younger riders. Consideration is being given to the possibility of a dedicated climbing trail alongside the fire management trail, which would allow riders to complete a full loop and make the trail one-directional, improving safety and flow for all users. This is subject to environmental and cultural heritage approvals and will only proceed if those are granted.

In the upper section (Section 1) there are enhanced jumps, berms and trail features and the area has been reclassified from Black Diamond (Advanced) to Blue (intermediate). A new 370m single track link improves connectivity between sections and reduces the need for riders to use the fire management trail. New signage has been installed to improve trail navigation and overall rider experience. Section 2 is mid descent (Black Diamond) with stepped-up intensity and high-skill jumps. Larger berms have been added for experienced, adrenaline-seeking riders. Section 3 โ the final descent (Black Diamond, most technical) sees a narrow, rocky and steep track with fast, direct features. The most demanding section of the trail and intended for advanced riders only. A new climbing trail for the upper section to connect back to the trailhead (i.e., one-directional loop circuit for the Blue section is being explored. This is subject to environmental and cultural heritage approvals and will only proceed if those are granted.
