Firstly, a HUGE thank you to all those brave women who showed up yesterday for our very first "Quiet to Queen" workshop.
It was an amazing day of healing, of nurturing and of finding yourself again.
You were all so brave, some shared their stories, some just took it all in, all were very present and open to all we had to offer.

Also big thanks to my other Empowerment Collective tribe - Linny & Jude xoxox.
And of course, Lupe, who closed off our day with a very magical, healing & cleansing meditation and drumming session - it was pure bliss. (I will post details for Lupe in a separate post)

If you missed out on this workshop or were unsure it was for you, we are hosting another workshop in October in Redcliffe.
So please touch base with me to find out more information. It will also be posted online and on Eventbrite again shortly.

Until then, take care of yourself - because without you looking after yourself HOW can you possibly be there for others.

I had a beautiful message from spirit this morning as a very large buck crossed my path right in front of me, then stopped and just looked at me for what seemed like ages. It was such a powerful beautiful moment. A very special message from Steve thanks Hun. ❤️ 🦌 🙏 🤲

These events are brought to you by "The Empowerment Collective" a group of three women who each have their own personal journey and their own set of skills and knowledge to hold sacred space for you as you reclaim yourself.

Carl Yung once said "Solitude for me is a fount of healing which makes my life worth living. Talking is often a torment for me, and I need many days of silence to recover from the futility of words"
Poet _ Dodinsky wrote " In solitude is healing. Speak to your soul. Listen to your heart. Sometimes in the absence of noise, we find the answers.

Both of these statements have real meaning for me currently, as I have locked myself away and sat in the silence and solitude of my own space.
As a highly intuitive empath I often find I just need to withdraw to gain my balance and equilibrium again.

WHAT do you do? What brings you back to your centre? What helps you to silence the constant noise we have around us in society now?
