Some days deep breathing brings you back into your body.
And some days… you just need a fluffy little therapist with four legs and zero judgment.
Thankfully, my emotional support Westie, Gavin, is always available — for me and for my clients.
He has this magical ability to remind you that you’re safe, you’re supported, and you’re allowed to soften.
One pat, one cuddle, one tiny tail wag… and suddenly the world feels a little less overwhelming.
So breathe deeply.
Let your shoulders drop.
And if calm still feels out of reach, find a dog.
Preferably a Westie.
