Looking for something a little different these school holidays?
Our Horse Day Camps are designed for kids who love animals, enjoy being outdoors, or simply need a confidence boost away from screens and busy schedules.
These are small-group, hands-on days where children learn through connection with horses, teamwork, creativity and fun.

Our final kids camp wrapped up 🐴🤍

Thank you to everyone who came — I truly appreciate the support and trusting me with your kids.
So many beautiful moments, confidence built, friendships formed and just kids being kids around the horses 💛
These camps are so much more than just a “horse day”…
The kids learn:

Kindness isn’t always loud.
It doesn’t have to be grand, perfect, or planned.

Sometimes it’s: ✨ a message sent when someone randomly crosses your mind
✨ a “how are you really?” that you actually mean
✨ holding space without trying to fix
✨ a smile at the yard when someone’s clearly having one of those days
✨ giving your horse an extra scratch where they love it most

The smallest things… often land the deepest.

And the truth is, you never really know what someone is carrying quietly behind the scenes.
That tiny moment of kindness?
It might be the thing that softens their whole day.

So today…
be the person who reaches out
be the calm in someone’s chaos
be the softness in a world that can feel quite hard at times

Because kindness doesn’t just change others…
it changes us too 💛

How time with horses became our greatest — and fastest — teacher

People often ask how this work came to be.

Not the business side — but the why behind it.

The honest truth is this:
It didn’t begin with a program, a method, or a qualification.
It grew out of time.
Time spent working with children and teens in schools — as a Student Wellbeing Officer, Youth Worker, and Teacher Aide — sitting with young people who were overwhelmed, dysregulated, anxious, shut down, or holding far more than they should have to.
Time spent learning that behaviour is communication.
That calm can’t be forced.
And that safety has to be felt in the body before learning can happen.
At the same time, I was raising my own children alongside horses.
I watched how, on hard weeks, the horses spoke for them before words ever could.
How sitting quietly in a paddock softened their nervous systems faster than any conversation.
How regulation came first — and everything else followed.
Now, I see the same thing with the children and families who come here.
Not because of a technique.
Not because of a worksheet.
But because horses don’t respond to performance — they respond to truth.
Time with horses accelerates growth in a way I’ve never seen matched in classrooms or offices.
They teach through:
• presence
• nervous system feedback
• energy and intention
• social dynamics
• honesty
• silence
They don’t care what we say.
They respond to what we bring.
This work grew through immersion — sitting in paddocks, watching herds, noticing patterns, learning when to step back instead of stepping in.
It’s taught me, again and again, that the fastest learning doesn’t come from control or correction.
It comes from:
• safety
• consistency
• relationship
• being met exactly where you are
That’s what I learned in schools.
That’s what I’ve lived as a parent.
And that’s what I continue to witness here.
If this work resonates with you, it’s probably because you’ve felt it too — that the most meaningful change doesn’t happen when kids are pushed to “do better”.
It happens when they’re allowed to be.
In the quiet.
In the paddock.
In relationship.
And that’s the heart of this work.
