In-person somatic workshops near Beaconsfield, Tas - February and March.

These workshops are for people. To help you feel good, settle your nervous system and find pleasant resources. We'll be outside in Nature with horses nearby.

We'll do some noticing, nurturing, reflecting and practicing.
We'll support stories, observations, light movements and short writing activities.
