I’m on my way home from 2 weeks in Thailand and honestly, I’m so excited for what’s next. Eeek
This trip gave me the time and space to properly step back and look at the bigger picture, and I’ve mapped out the next evolution of my clinic — combining all of my past and new advanced dermal knowledge with a truly holistic approach to skin health.
Because healthy, glowing skin isn’t just about products and procedures… it’s also about stress, sleep, hormones, gut health, lifestyle, and the thousand invisible things women juggle every day.
And I’m done pretending that surface-level fixes are enough for long term skin health.
So, I’m coming home ready to start implementing:
✨ Evidence-based dermal treatments
✨ Barrier repair + hydration strategies
✨ Looking at lifestyle + triggers
✨ Personalised plans that actually make sense
✨ Long-term solutions instead of temporary band aids
Don't get me wrong, the instant treatments are my favourite, but now i have the knowledge to guide clients in a more holistic approach because realistically that is 50% of the problem
Skin health that works with your biology, not against it.
Education and Empowerment for women. To longer be confused because that's what the beauty and wellness industry's rely on.
I cannot wait to bring this into the clinic and help women understand their skin in a way that actually changes how they feel — inside and out.
