The PhysioXtra team are motivated and skilled physiotherapists who are committed to providing a very high standard of service. With appointment times outside of normal business hours we are sure to find a time that best suits you and your lifestyle. All EPC plans are BULK BILLED. We do NOT charge a gap if you are on an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) Plan provided by your G.P. Physiotherapy and Pilates
At PhysioXtra we are committed to providing a high standard of hands on service. All of our physios use a manual treatment approach which combines manipulative physiotherapy, exercised based rehabilitation programs, soft tissue work, acupuncture and advice to provide the best clinical results and patient satisfaction. Our physio consultations always run for 30 minutes. Our Pilates classes have a maximum of 6 clients and run for 45 minutes. Pilates classes are always taken by physios so full health fund rebates apply. Injury Prevention Screenings
Our physios are all trained in musculoskeletal injury prevention screening which can identify changes in flexibility, joint range of motion and muscle strength control and endurance. Podiatrist
The myPod Podiatry team have had a long association with PhysioXtra. They have access to the latest technology and use digital scan equipment for orthotic construction. No matter what your age, our Podiatrists will diagnose your foot, leg or postural problem and provide a comprehensive treatment plan. Pilates is a unique form of exercise that is designed to condition the entire body through focusing on alignment, core strength, breathing and controlled movement. Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

For those that are in extreme pain, we have some good news!

Yesterday the Australian Physiotherapy Association announced that under the Level 5 restrictions we are now able to treat patients face-to-face (hands-on) for the URGENT relief of pain (chronic or acute)

To make a booking please call us and we will provide an appointment for you as quickly as we can.
