Here’s a few reasons why we love Playdoh in our sessions, especially homemade taste safe.
✊Hand strength~ Squeezing, rolling, and flattening the dough builds small muscles in the fingers, hands, and wrists.
✏️ Writing readiness~ The finger control practiced during molding helps children later hold a pencil or use scissors.
👁️ Hand-eye coordination ~ Shaping specific objects requires both hands to work together with visual focus.
