Our annual ‘Great Debate’ was held over the last 2 weeks 🧠

Victor Harbor Physio and Nurture Podiatry battled it out over two intense rounds arguing the topic: ‘Chronic Pain - It’s All in Your Head’.

The competition was fierce, with evidence based and highly entertaining arguments presented by both teams. Ultimately, the opposing team took home the trophy but, as well summarised by our timekeeper and MC extraourdinare, Pete - the journey along the way was the prize.

A massive thank you our panel of judges for your expertise!

August is Tradies National Health Month!

Tradies put their bodies through a lot — and in 2026, 68% report commonly experiencing pain or discomfort in their back, neck or shoulders. Yet only 1 in 10 regularly see a physio to help prevent work-related pain or injury.

Physiotherapy isn’t just about treating injuries. We can help tradies prevent problems, manage pain early, build strength, work safely and stay working for longer. 💪

This Tradies National Health Month, let’s look after the people who keep Australia moving!
